FRANCHISE PARTNERSHIP

Orlando, Florida, September 29, 2010 – Today, Flippers Pizzeria announced a
multi-unit franchise deal with David Lo, President of Delocie LLC.
According to Ian Schneider, VP Franchise Development at Flippers Pizzeria, the
first restaurant related to this multi-unit franchise deal will open in the first
quarter of 2011.

Don Howard, President of Flippers Pizzeria, is impressed with the reaction that

Howard is pleased that Lo is the first investor to sign with Flippers Pizzeria.
