Color Me Mine's art as entertainment concept offers the franchise owner a business that requires low start-up capital, is fun to operate, is difficult to compete against, and that makes a worthwhile contribution to the community.
Training and Support
Color Me Mine emphasizes the education and hands-on training of each of its franchise owners. CMM's Studio Operator Certification Program is typically scheduled nine times a year. New franchise owners start their training at our Beverly Hills studio where they spend four days receiving hands on experience prior to the classroom training. Classes then start the following Monday at 9 a.m. at the Home Office and conclude on the following Friday, although changes in the schedule may occur based on the trainers availability. While all owners or managers may attend the classroom sessions, the in studio training is reserved for owners. It is important that you devote full time during the training period so that you remain focused and attentive as we teach you design techniques, marketing programs, technical skills, management, problem solving and customer service. We recommend you find lodging near the Beverly Hills studio for the first part of your training session, and then move to a hotel close to the Home Office for the latter part of the training. A rental car is advisable. We recommend contacting the other new owners that will be attending your session to carpool. |
Each class serves as a tool for building studio knowledge and in turn building sales. You will be tested on select segments as you move through the course; your tests will be reviewed immediately to determine the pace at which your training continues.
After receiving your CMM Studio Operator Certification, you are ready to begin the adventure of running your own studio.
Color Me Mine is fully dedicated to supporting its franchise owners.
Since 1996, the company has invested several million dollars to develop the infrastructure required to provide the best support in the industry.
Why should I be a Color Me Mine franchisee instead of opening an independent studio? When you own a Color Me Mine franchise, you join a family of entrepreneurs who want to stay focused on their customers, and utilize a professional organization to do the administration, vendor contracts, financial services, computer support, and research and development. As a franchise owner, you have an established system of operation from the moment you open your studio. You receive customized training and have access to experts with years of experience in the industry so that you don't rely on your own trial and error. You also become part of an organization that has national name brand recognition and purchasing power to reduce your operating expenses. With a strong franchisor, you have someone working on your business while you work in your business. |
