When you sign a Franchise Agreement with Pizza Ranch®, you won’t have to build a brand-new, beloved concept from the ground up. Our proven systems have helped franchisees launch over 200 restaurants and become thriving business owners, providing for their families and their communities. In addition to benefiting from our experience (over 35 years!) and success, we give you the tools you need from day one.

Don’t get us wrong, restaurant ownership is fast-paced, demanding work. Expect to be making tough decisions, building and managing relationships with (at first) unfamiliar faces and, in a general sense, just working hard. That said, from finding the perfect location to the grand opening and beyond, we’ll help you apply and develop the skills needed to operate a successful restaurant.

• Site Selection
  Our experienced real estate and construction teams will not only help you choose your Ranch’s location, but also help you manage the construction and interior design stages. We have specific site criteria to ensure your restaurant is easily visible and conveniently located, and your guests have an authentic Pizza Ranch experience,
• Initial Training
  After that, the real fun begins. Once you’ve chosen your site, we’ll get started walking you through everything you’ll need to know about our operations, products and culture to get you ready to run your very own Pizza Ranch.
• Ongoing Support
  Even with a successful opening and a strong start, we won’t leave you by your lonesome. Our franchise support team is always available to you with timely and reliable assistance any time you have a question or need advice – we’ll get back to you within 24 hours. 
• Marketing
  Our proven marketing team will help you get guests in your restaurant. Well, from tv commercials, print and digital advertising to public relations, and our consumer website, we raise awareness to motivate guests to try Pizza Ranch and remind them to come back again. We continually invest in national marketing initiatives including professionally designed collateral that can be customized and printed on-demand for your local community.
• Culinary Research and Development
  We invest in culinary research and development to keep our menu current, delicious and exciting so when guests come back for our award-winning, crispy chicken and incredible pizzas, they can also try something new. We’re committed to using the best, freshest ingredients and developing proprietary recipes that can’t be enjoyed anywhere else.
• PR Financial
  Our franchisees use our internal accounting service, PR Financial. Not only does this keep costs down for you, but by collecting data from all our franchisees, we can share information so you know how you are performing against your peers. There’s nothing quite like a little healthy competition to spur you on.
• Purchasing Power
  Our consistent and healthy growth over the last 35 years has put Pizza Ranch on the radar of some of the biggest suppliers and distributors in the country. This means you have access to competitively-priced goods from ingredients to fixtures. 

Investment Cost

We estimate an initial investment range for retrofit/leased space is $1,250,000 – $1,550,000. Ground-up restaurants range between $2,000,000 – $3,150,000. Both options include a franchise fee of $30,000. Once your restaurant is open, you’ll be responsible for a 4% royalty fee and a 3% spend on marketing including a 2.25% contribution to the national marketing fund. You’ll likely need 15% – 25% of the total investment costs available in liquid cash assets and the ability to obtain financing on the balance of the investment.
