Financials & Approximate Initial Costs for Majestic Floor Care Licensee

• Trademark Fee $49,995 Beginning One-time fee
• Big Truck with carpet cleaning system included $105,000 - $115,000 (includes box truck and patent pending carpet cleaning equipment) You deal directly with the truck manufacturer and bank or leasing company.
• Miscellaneous tools and equipment & truck wrap $9,000 (high side)
• 10% Veterans discount

Majestic Floor Care, LLC will provide enough carpet cleaning solutions for:

• 3 – 4 months at initial purchase. Majestic will also furnish a start-up package.
• Any/all business operating supplies needed are responsibility of Licensee
• Any/all marketing supplies needed are responsibility of Licensee. You will have the logo and information to purchase any materials you would like to use.
• Trademark fees of $395/month start on month eight (after contract signing)
