'As an independent research firm, we rate the franchise companies in the marketplace today and identify those that have the highest levels of satisfaction and performance among their franchisees in order to help entrepreneurs when choosing which franchise to invest in,' said Eric Stites, CEO of Franchise Business Review. 'The companies on this year's list are the top performing brands in the areas critical to their franchisees' success.'
Home Instead Senior Care, founded in 1994, was one of the first franchise business models focused on in-home care for aging adults. The company's innovation in empowering older adults to age in the comfort of their homes has created a burgeoning industry – one in which Home Instead remains committed to being a leader.
'These recent awards are testament to the commitment of Home Instead Senior Care to create a future where all people can age the way they want to,' said Huber. 'We look forward to continuing this mission through excellence and innovation in quality care for seniors for years to come.'
