Money Mailer Using National Envelope to Help Raise Funds for Local Communities Affected By Hurricane Sandy
Direct Mail Leader Will Deliver Donation Instructions to 11 Million Households
GARDEN GROVE, Calif. – In the wake of Hurricane Sandy, thousands have been left homeless and more are still assessing the damage to their communities in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. Even those who escaped storm damage are facing power outages, lack of water, and isolation due to storm debris.
“Here at Money Mailer, our franchise partners in these states are also struggling to recover on personal and business levels as they begin to help their clients restore a bit of normalcy to their businesses,” said Gary Mulloy, CEO of Money Mailer. “There are some very brave people working hard to help, but they need our support. That’s why Money Mailer will use the power of our communication network to encourage all Americans to help. Working together, we can help make a difference and get on the road to recovery.”
Money Mailer will add an appeal for donations to the American Red Cross to their shared mail envelope from now to the end of December - approximately 11 million envelopes. They will also email their subscribers and post a banner with donation instructions on their website at MoneyMailer.com to expand the reach even further.
To donate, visit RedCross.org/Hurricane-Sandy, or call 1-800-RED-CROSS.
